Ready? Set? Run! One of the most highly-requested workouts officially launches on Wellbeats this Wednesday, May 8. We’re pleased to debut a running and walking channel called “Strides.”
Wellbeats launches the “Strides” running and walking channel*, featuring 11 running and walking workouts, two stretching classes, and one tutorial class. Whether on the treadmill or outdoors, you can take Wellbeats with you wherever you go.
Classes include options for intervals, hill training, long runs, and tempo runs. Carrie Tollefson, 2004 Olympian and new Wellbeats instructor and coach, shares her training and expertise in all 14 classes. Her passion for the sport of running, along with her technique tips and encouragement, provides a fun and inviting experience for runners and walkers alike.
You can find all new classes on the Wellbeats home-screen under “Recently Added” (or under “Recommended Classes” on mobile) and in the “Channels” section under Strides.

New to running or training for a 5K? Also on May 8, Wellbeats launches a five-week “Train Your Way to a 5K” workout plan. The workout plan includes new running and walking workouts coached by Carrie, along with a cross-training mix of strength training and yoga.
You can access the workout plan on the Wellbeats “Workout Plans” tab in the Main Menu. Print out your plan and don’t forget to tag us with your progress using #Wellbeats.
